Production Operative Monday to Thursday: 7:45am - 4:30pm Friday: 7:45am - 12:30pm Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Are you looking for a hands-on role within a production environment? Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to develop their skills in electronic assembly and manufacturing. The Role As a Production Assistant, you will support the production team with a variety of assembly and preparation tasks, helping to ensure products are manufactured, finished, and dispatched to a high standard. Key Responsibilities * Measuring and preparing cables to customer specifications. * Preparing cable ends ready for connection to instruments. * Soldering wires onto electronic components and assemblies. * Assisting with the preparation and assembly of cables and wiring. * Applying labels and carrying out final product checks. * Packing completed products ready for dispatch. * Supporting Production Technicians and the wider production team as required. * Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment. What We're Looking For * Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. * Ability to follow instructions and work to quality standards. * Self-motivated with a positive attitude. * Flexible approach to work and willingness to support the team. * Previous production, assembly, manufacturing, or soldering experience would be advantageous but is not essential as training can be provided. What's on Offer * £12.71 per hour. * Early finish every Friday. * Monday to Friday working pattern with no weekend work. * Opportunity to gain valuable manufacturing and electronic assembly experience. * Friendly and supportive working environment.
