We are very pleased to be working alongside our highly reputable educational sector client as they seek to recruit a Nursery Deputy Room Leader to join them on a permanent basis in November 2026 Nursery Deputy Room Leader Workplace based around 7 miles north of Haywards Heath. Part Time permanent role - Term time only. Monday 8am-4pm, Tuesday 8am-5pm and Wednesday 8am-5pm. 26 hours per week during term time only Salary - £15125 per year for 26 hours per week term time only. The job holder will need to drive and have their own transport due to rural workplace location. Role is subject to successful DBS screening. Duties and responsibilities include - As Nursery Deputy Room Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the effective day-to-day running of the nursery room, helping to create engaging learning experiences, and ensuring the highest standards of care and education for young children. Working closely with the Room Leader and wider Early Years team, you will help provide a safe, stimulating and inspiring environment where children can flourish. 26 hours per week, term time only. The role also includes: * Supporting the After-School Provision * Occasional holiday childcare cover (approximately 10 days across the year) Experience, skills and competencies required: We're seeking a motivated and caring Early Years professional who brings energy, creativity and enthusiasm.
