As a key part of their operations, you’ll provide essential administrative support to their Financial Advisers, helping to ensure a seamless experience for our clients across pensions and investment services. Financial Services Administrator Responsibilities

  • Delivering end-to-end administrative support to our advisers
  • Maintaining accurate client records using our CRM systems (XPLAN/360)
  • Preparing client documentation and correspondence
  • Handling new business submissions and ongoing transactions (e.g., fund switches, income withdrawals)
  • Coordinating with providers to track and progress applications
  • Keeping clients informed throughout their journey
  • Managing Letters of Authority and following up as needed

  • Proven experience in a Financial Services administration role
