As a key part of their operations, you’ll provide essential administrative support to their Financial Advisers, helping to ensure a seamless experience for our clients across pensions and investment services. Your precision and client-focused mindset will be vital in maintaining our high standards of service.
Financial Services Administrator Responsibilities
- Delivering end-to-end administrative support to our advisers
- Maintaining accurate client records using our CRM systems (XPLAN/360)
- Preparing client documentation and correspondence
- Handling new business submissions and ongoing transactions (e.g., fund switches, income withdrawals)
- Coordinating with providers to track and progress applications
- Keeping clients informed throughout their journey
- Managing Letters of Authority and following up as needed

- Proven experience in a Financial Services administration role
