Are you already in sales and looking to stretch your skills and take your next step? We\’re hiring a Field Sales Executive to oversee the South of England – perfect for someone hungry for growth, eager to take ownership, and excited to lead their own sales patch. Ideally you’ll be based between Dorset and Devon, you\’ll work fully remotely with regular site visits throughout the region. You\’ll generate your own leads, build strong client relationships, and see the sales process through from first contact to final delivery. As a Field Sales Executive, your key responsibilities will include: * Visiting sites and being responsible for sales in your area * Business Development and bringing on new clients * Working through the whole sales process from lead generation through to closing the deal * Attend trade shows, networking, customer referrals and market influence * Managing your own time and ensuring to write down information from the appointments into the CRM system * Reporting on your sales pipeline of leads and prospects weekly Requirements: * Experience in a sales environment and an appetite to grow * A background in agriculture is a bonus (you’ll be trained if not) * Confidence in hitting and exceeding targets * Excellent communication skills both written and verbally * Well organised and a keen eye for detail * Valid UK Driving licence Benefits: * Company car * Company phone * Uncapped commission * Fully remote * 31 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) This is a full time permanent position working remotely from the South-West of England between Cornwall to Devon. You’ll be working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm on an annual salary between £30,000 – £35,000 with uncapped commission with an OTE of up to £70,000. You will need a valid UK driving licence.
