As an Executive Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Project Management to oversee key initiatives, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish
- Office Management to maintain efficient daily operations, optimising processes and resources
- Stakeholder Coordination to act as a trusted liaison between executives, teams, and external contacts
- Ensure efficient information flow between the executives and teams.
- General Support to provide administrative assistance and tackle ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools
- A keen attention to detail and proactive approach

This is a full time permanent position based near Arundel, you will need your own vehicle due to the location. You’ll be working in the office Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm & Friday 8:30am – 12:30pm from home. The salary is £35,000.
