The position is based in Brighton, working Monday to Friday on a 35-hour week, with flexibility required for evening and weekend work due to events.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver large-scale event activations as the Event Coordinator
- Support the execution of EDI campaigns, ensuring alignment between events and messaging
- Manage and maintain a campaign calendar, determining when to deliver high-production events vs digital-first campaigns
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver successful events and initiatives
- Oversee event logistics from planning through to execution
- Balance event delivery with marketing and campaign planning in this dual-focus role
