We’re looking for a self-motivated digital marketing superstar to work with the Head of Marketing and take responsibility for all digital marketing activities including email and CRM marketing, digital strategy and paid media campaigns, SEO, Ecommerce and more. This is a well established and well-known brand in their sector, working in the retail and wholesale industry. The Digital Marketing Lead role includes: * Email Marketing & CRM; taking ownership of the email marketing channel, from strategy to execution * Building and optimising campaign flows, creating segmented campaigns tailored to different customer journeys, designing and implementing email automations and A/B test subject lines, content, design, and send times * Digital Strategy & Paid Campaigns, proposing and managing budgets in line with priorities * Planning and running paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Pmax) * Analysing ROI, acquisition cost, and engagement * Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), conducting keyword research and implementing on-page optimisation * Maintaining e-commerce website content and digital assets * Data driven reporting and analytics Skills & experience required: * Degree educated or equivalent in marketing or business * Strong digital marketing experience, particularly email marketing * Experience with DotDigital, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar * Strong customer segmentation, targeting, and campaign automation understanding * SEO, paid media, and website management experience * Great with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush and similar alongside experience in Magento, WordPress, and CRM platforms * A/B and multivariate testing experience * Data-driven with a keen eye for marketing analytics Salary, hours and company benefits: * £35,000 to £38,000 based on experience * Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, fully office based in Hove * 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays * Regular social events * Discretionary monthly bonus scheme * Cycle to work scheme * Birthday off * Pension Scheme * Healthcare Cash Plan * Employee discount Wild Recruitment Ltd T/A First Recruitment Services is acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy
