- Position: Customer Support Administrator
- Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 per year – very good all round company benefits, including excellent pension scheme along with life assurance and regular salary reviews. Holiday entitlement starts at 20 days plus all bank holidays – this increases with length of service

- Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 – office based role only

This role is an office based position and offers an excellent opportunity to work within a brilliant financial services based company. Customer Support Administrator– duties include:
This role involves dealing with enquiries from clients both via email and phone, most queries come in via the shared in-box. The nature of the enquiry will dictate whether this is handled by the representative or passed on to specific member of staff within the business. There will also be administrative tasks required for completion in line with responding to client queries.

The Person:
The successful applicant will have:
- Good Excel skills
- A methodical and meticulous working manner.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.
- A readiness to challenge colleagues, clients, and suppliers to ensure accuracy.
- An ability to manage and prioritise multiple ongoing enquiries.
- It is important to like pets as sometimes there are small (well behaved) dogs in the office.
Experience, competencies and knowledge required
- You must be fluent in English both spoken and written, have a positive manner, be a quick learner, self-motivated and able to operate independently within the training framework given.
- Previous office based customer services / customer support experience is essential
