Logistics & Customer Administration Coordinator

Our client is seeking a proactive, detail‑driven Logistics & Customer Administration Coordinator to support their busy operations team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys keeping logistics and customer processes running smoothly.

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 4.30pm – 35 hour week
  • £12.71 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily logistics administration — completing core tasks accurately and on time to support the wider operations team.
  • Customer service support — providing prompt, effective communication to the Customer Service team and ensuring all customer interactions are clear and accurate.
  • Shipment tracking — monitoring shipments, updating tracking information, and ensuring customers receive timely updates.
  • Supplier coordination — checking in with suppliers, resolving issues quickly, and escalating problems when necessary.
  • Cross‑department communication — working closely with Transport and Despatch teams to keep operations aligned and efficient.

Skills & Experience

  • PC literate, with confident working ability in Outlook, Word, and Metafour.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a team and manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
  • A problem‑solver with a calm, professional approach.
