Overview
We are recruiting for a Customer Sales Executive to a dynamic team in Hove. This role sits within the Customer Service and Sales department, where you’ll play a key role in driving business growth. You’ll support Field Specialists by scheduling appointments, following up on quotes, and helping to increase sales.
Responsibilities
- Converting quotes into confirmed sales
- Communicating with customers via telephone, email, social media, and online chat
- Responding to customer queries and requests
- Scheduling and managing customer appointments
Requirements
- Proven ability to convert quotes into sales
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Experience in a B2B or B2C sales environment
- Previous experience in administration or a call centre setting
