We’re recruiting for an experienced Supply Chain & Export Coordinator to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Chichester. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in international logistics, export documentation, and global shipping compliance. This is an office-based position 4 days per week and 1 day from home. This role is a 12-month fixed term contract (Maternity cover) with the possibility of it becoming permanent after.

As a Supply Chain & Export Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing end-to-end export processes for EU and international shipments
  • Preparing export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
  • Ensuring compliance with customs regulations, HMRC requirements, and Incoterms
  • Liaising with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and global customers
  • Resolving customs clearance issues and ensuring timely delivery
  • Maintaining production schedules and inventory levels using bills of materials
  • Producing reports on shipping performance and operational data
  • Maintaining accurate CRM and shipment records

Requirements for the Supply Chain Coordinator:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
  • Previous experience in a Supply Chain Coordinator role or similar
  • Happy to commit to a 12-month fixed term contract
