We’re recruiting for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join a well‑established manufacturing company based in Chichester. This is an office‑based position 4 days per week, and the role requires a fluent German speaker, as you’ll be liaising regularly with German warehouse facilities. The Supply Chain Coordinator is a varied and fast‑paced role within the production and technical team, where you’ll be responsible for inventory control, import/export procedures, bills of materials, product scheduling, reporting, and maintaining accurate records. This position is offered as a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, with the potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining production schedules and work plans
- Using bills of materials to ensure appropriate levels of built items and subassemblies
- Coordinating shipments to and from the EU and worldwide, ensuring full compliance with import and export procedures
- Liaising with customers to clear shipments efficiently
- Producing various reports, including technical documentation and production performance data
- Updating and maintaining the CRM system to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date records
Requirements
- Fluent German speaker
