Customer Service Administrator
Join a leading international business in Burgess Hill as a Customer Service Administrator for an ongoing temporary assignment (approx. 6 months) combining customer service, order processing, and administration. If you're organised, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role offers great experience in a friendly team setting.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting customers from order placement to payment
- Accurately processing customer and supplier data using systems like SAP
- Tracking deliveries, returns, and supply updates
- Handling complaints and resolving issues professionally
- Communicating with customers and suppliers by phone, email, and live chat
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in an office-based customer service role (ideally in wholesale, manufacturing, or parts)
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Proven customer order processing experience
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP (advantageous)
- Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Own transport is recommended if you're outside the local area (free parking available)
