The role - Sales Administrator
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy automotive environment—ideal for someone with dealership experience or an experienced administrator looking to break into the motor sector. You’ll play a vital role supporting the Sales team, ensuring accurate processing of vehicle orders, sales documentation and customer records.
Duties will include:
- Process new vehicle orders with accurate specifications
- Manage all sales administration for new and used vehicles
- Prepare and check sales documentation to ensure full compliance
- Vehicle invoicing and stock control
- Taxing vehicles (new and used)
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth vehicle handovers
- Maintain accurate records and databases
Experience, competencies and knowledge required:
- Previous experience in the motor sector preferred - not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
