The role

– Bookkeeper / Finance Administrator

The Bookkeeper / Finance Administrator will report to the Commercial Director and will assist in coordinating office activities and operations.

Duties will include:

  1. Undertaking treasury/invoicing functions
  2. Chasing outstanding client invoices
  3. Answering phone calls and forwarding to relevant persons
  4. Supporting the documentation of finance functions
  5. Booking travel and accommodation
  6. Supporting the production of monthly pension payment spreadsheets
  7. Supporting the management of process/policy documentation

Experience, competencies and knowledge required:

  1. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines
  2. Good team player
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Good IT skills, especially Excel
  5. A methodical approach and good problem-solving skills
  6. Good numeracy levels
