Temporary Administrator £12.82 per hour working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm First Recruitment Services is seeking a Temporary Administrator on behalf of our client based in Hove to work for 3 months. This office-based role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will support the eCommerce team by ensuring order data is accurate, clearing a backlog, and maintaining up-to-date information on the company’s platform. This is a full-time temporary position, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, with a one-hour lunch break. What You’ll Be Doing * Reviewing and updating order data across the eCommerce platform * Clearing a backlog of orders and monitoring daily updates from the factory * Liaising with the factory to confirm order statuses and resolve discrepancies * Ensuring product and order information is accurate and current * Assisting with customer service queries when required, with a focus on data integrity What We’re Looking For * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Clear and confident communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external partners * Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Previous experience in eCommerce, logistics, or administrative roles is desirable but not essential * A proactive and adaptable approach to work Working for First Recruitment Services as a Temporary Worker offers the opportunity to gain experience across a variety of industries, with flexible working arrangements and excellent support.
