Job Description

We are looking for an Administrator for a professional services company on the outskirts of Brighton (car driver required) to undertake a varied role. The position is fully office based Monday to Friday.\\nIdeally you’ll have office administration experience within a business that offers a professional service such as a law firm, surveyors, financial company or similar but the business is open to candidates with strong office administration, reception, secretary or similar experience. They may also consider a recent Graduate in a subject such as Business, Law or similar.\\nThe Office Administrator / Secretary role includes:\\n * Providing administrative and secretarial support to the office\\n * Reception, answering and directing all calls and receiving visitors\\n * Maintain the upkeep of the office including ordering stationery and arranging servicing of equipment\\n * Making and managing diary appointments / diary management for the Director\\n * Conduct research for senior staff members\\n * Manage incoming and outgoing emails through Outlook\\n * Manage all incoming and outgoing post\\n * Maintaining filing both paper and digital\\n * General office and administrative duties\\nSkills & experience required:\\n * Previous secretarial/administrative experience is ideal however they are open to training a recent Law or Business Graduate\\n * Excellent Microsoft office skills and technical / systems ability in general\\n * A driver with use of own transport due to location and running or errands\\n * Professional and courteous communication skills, with excellent written and verbal communication\\n * Organised and able to problem solve using own initiative\\nSalary, hours and company benefits:\\n * £25,000 to £26,000\\n * Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm – fully office based\\n * 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays rising with service\\n * Free parking\\n * Health cash plan\\n * Employee assistance programme\\n * Pension scheme\\n * Contribution to monthly phone bill\\nWild Recruitment Ltd T/A First Recruitment Services is acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy
