We are looking for an Administrator for a professional services company on the outskirts of Brighton (car driver required) to undertake a varied role. The position is fully office based Monday to Friday. Ideally you’ll have office administration experience within a business that offers a professional service such as a law firm, surveyors, financial company or similar but the business is open to candidates with strong office administration, reception, secretary or similar experience. They may also consider a recent Graduate in a subject such as Business, Law or similar. The Office Administrator / Secretary role includes: * Providing administrative and secretarial support to the office * Reception, answering and directing all calls and receiving visitors * Maintain the upkeep of the office including ordering stationery and arranging servicing of equipment * Making and managing diary appointments / diary management for the Director * Conduct research for senior staff members * Manage incoming and outgoing emails through Outlook * Manage all incoming and outgoing post * Maintaining filing both paper and digital * General office and administrative duties Skills & experience required: * Previous secretarial/administrative experience is ideal however they are open to training a recent Law or Business Graduate * Excellent Microsoft office skills and technical / systems ability in general * A driver with use of own transport due to location and running or errands * Professional and courteous communication skills, with excellent written and verbal communication * Organised and able to problem solve using own initiative Salary, hours and company benefits: * £25,000 to £26,000 * Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm – fully office based * 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays rising with service * Free parking * Health cash plan * Employee assistance programme * Pension scheme * Contribution to monthly phone bill Wild Recruitment Ltd T/A First Recruitment Services is acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy
