Must have an Enhanced DBS. Main Duties and Responsibilities To process warranty claims, dealing with manufacturers and arranging equipment to be sent back and returned with all paperwork completed accurately and quickly. To communicate with key suppliers, arranging quotes, placing orders and tracking deliveries. To manage levels of stock and ensure adequate supply of key equipment. To check equipment out to users and back in when returned to the department. To manage technical team calendars and book appointments for repair with users. To monitor the helpdesk and allocate tickets to the technical team, ensuring even workloads and communicating effectively with colleagues to ensure that repairs happen in a timely manner.
