Lewes outskirts with plenty of parking available for all staff on site. Due to workplace location it is essential to be a driver and have your own transport.
Full time permanent role - 4 weekdays per week (Apply online only).
Actual salary for 4 days per week - Β£29260-Β£31150 plus good pension scheme and excellent annual leave entitlement. Salary is currently under an annual review and could increase. All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.

- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, safeguarding requirements, and safer recruitment practices
- Provide HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and staff
- Support employee wellbeing, absence management, and employee relations matters
- Coordinate training, induction, and probation processes
- Maintain HR systems, personnel records, and reporting
- Assist with policy development, implementation, and compliance monitoring
- Support disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes
