Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct root cause analysis and lead investigations.
  • Manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) in TrackWise.
  • Maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and documentation.
  • Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Support regulatory inspections, client audits, and internal audits.
  • Deliver training and promote a strong quality culture.
  • Drive continuous improvement using Practical Process Improvement (PPI).

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
  • Knowledge of GMP, SAP, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
