Our client is looking for a Production and Quality Assistant to join their team and ensure high standards in a regulated environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with knowledge of GMP, CAPA management, and Quality Management Systems to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct root cause analysis and lead investigations.
- Manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) in TrackWise.
- Maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and documentation.
- Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support regulatory inspections, client audits, and internal audits.
- Deliver training and promote a strong quality culture.
- Drive continuous improvement using Practical Process Improvement (PPI).
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
- Knowledge of GMP, SAP, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
