Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct root cause analysis and lead investigations.
- Manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) in TrackWise.
- Maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and documentation.
- Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support regulatory inspections, client audits, and internal audits.
- Deliver training and promote a strong quality culture.
- Drive continuous improvement using Practical Process Improvement (PPI).
Qualifications:
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
- Knowledge of GMP, SAP, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
