Call Handler Crawley
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Call Handler to join our clients team based in Crawley. You will be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals, handling calls, emails, and online enquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and provide clear information.
- Schedule, amend, and cancel appointments accurately.
- Process referrals and requests from healthcare professionals.
- Verify patient details and authorisation status.
- Respond to emails and online messages in a timely manner.
- Escalate urgent queries appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records and support administrative tasks.
- Adhere to GDPR and confidentiality policies.
Person Specification
- Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or healthcare administration is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
