About the Role We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team. You will play a key part in ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly by receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries * Store and organise products safely * Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy * Prepare and label goods for dispatch * Load and unload vehicles * Use warehouse systems and handheld scanners * Maintain a clean and safe working environment * Assist with stock checks and inventory control * Follow all health & safety procedures What We’re Looking For * Previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not essential) * Good level of physical fitness; able to lift and move stock * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions * Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn * Forklift licence is a bonus but not required
