About the Company: A globally recognised leader in testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) services is looking for experienced Welding Inspectors to join its project delivery team at Hinkley Point C. The company is known for upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance across major infrastructure and energy projects worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct welding inspections in accordance with CSWIP standards
- Perform and interpret Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT)
- Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, client requirements, and industry regulations
- Prepare accurate inspection reports and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate with site teams to ensure weld quality and address any non-conformances
- Uphold a strong health, safety, and environmental (HSE) culture on-site
Requirements:
- CSWIP Welding Inspector Certification (current and valid)
- Demonstrable experience with Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT)
- Experience on major construction, energy, or nuclear projects is advantageous
- Solid understanding of welding standards and inspection processes
