Location: Hinkley Point C (HPC)

Contract Type: 12-Month Rolling Contract inside IR35

About the Company:

A globally recognised leader in testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) services is looking for experienced Welding Inspectors to join its project delivery team at Hinkley Point C . The company is known for upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance across major infrastructure and energy projects worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct welding inspections in accordance with CSWIP standards
• Perform and interpret Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT)
• Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, client requirements, and industry regulations
• Prepare accurate inspection reports and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate with site teams to ensure weld quality and address any non-conformances
• Uphold a strong health, safety, and environmental (HSE) culture on-site

Requirements:

• CSWIP Welding Inspector Certification (current and valid)
• Demonstrable experience with Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT)
• Experience on major construction, energy, or nuclear projects is advantageous
• Solid understanding of welding standards and inspection processes
• Strong communication and reporting skills
