About the Role

- Track and investigate suspiciously high consumption rates of stationery across departments.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and prevent \"Printer Paper Emergencies.\"
- Conduct monthly audits of stationery cupboards and secret desk drawer stockpiles.
- Develop strategic plans for the acquisition of limited-edition notebooks.
- Lead covert operations to recover office supplies from employees who \"borrowed them just for a meeting.\"
- Establish robust anti-hoarding policies.
- Forecast future stationery requirements using advanced predictive techniques and educated guesses.
- Manage relationships with suppliers while maintaining ninja-level confidentiality.
- Ensure every employee has access to the tools they need to doodle effectively during meetings.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Black belt in procurement, supply chain management or stealth operations.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in purchasing office supplies, treasure hunting or detective work.
- Expert knowledge of pen quality grading systems.
- Ability to spot an unauthorised stationery order from 50 metres away.
- Strong negotiation skills, particularly when discussing discounts on bulk sticky note purchases.
- Excellent attention to detail and the patience to count 2,000 paper clips.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or ancient ninja inventory scrolls.
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience locating missing staplers.
- Certification in Strategic Highlighter Management.
- Ability to identify the owner of an abandoned notebook through handwriting analysis.
- Knowledge of the international paperweight market.
Benefits
- Unlimited tea and coffee whilst conducting procurement missions.
- Annual attendance at the International Office Supplies Expo.
- Company-issued tactical clipboard.
- Access to exclusive stationery samples before public release.
- Employee assistance programme for those traumatised by empty printer trays.
- Flexible working, subject to emergency pen shortages.
Success Measures
In your first 12 months, you will:
- Reduce stationery-related office crises by 95%.
- Eliminate emergency pen borrowing incidents.
- Achieve \"Fully Stocked Cupboard\" status for 12 consecutive months.
- Successfully recover at least 10 missing staplers.
- Maintain peace and harmony amongst competing Post-it note factions.
