Tendering Manager / Senior Tendering Manager Power Transmission

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Tendering Manager to join a leading organisation within the Power Transmission sector. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) tendering process, ensuring competitive, compliant, and strategically aligned tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and submission of EPC tenders for power transmission projects in the UK.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather and review tender inputs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Analyse tender documents, identifying key requirements, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, schedules, and technical tender documentation.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Present tenders to senior management and participate in client negotiations.
- Monitor ongoing tenders and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement of the tendering process and implement best practices.
Experience Required:
- Extensive experience in EPC tendering or proposal management within the power transmission sector.
- Strong understanding of EPC contracts and industry practices.
- Proven skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation.

- Bachelor s degree in engineering Business Administration, or related field.
