In the Senior Quantity Surveyor role, you will report directly to the Commercial Manager, working collaboratively across their project teams to deliver industry-leading solutions in the water sector.
Key Responsibilities: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Carry out quantity surveying duties for project and work package management.

Collaborate with design, construction, and supply chain teams to capture, analyse, and control costs.

Work closely with clients to meet business and contractual requirements.

Manage main contracts, ensuring contractual notices and correspondence are raised promptly.

Prepare and issue subcontract documentation and assist in subcontractor performance management.

Prepare and agree applications for payment and cost/value reports, budgets, and forecasts.

Support and mentor junior commercial staff.
