We are looking for a Requirements Manager to play a pivotal role in a major infrastructure delivery team. This is a contract-based position located in the Glasgow area, supporting a secure, and high-impact infrastructure programme.
This role requires flexibility in working arrangements—while remote working is supported, you must be prepared for varying on-site requirements. For example, some weeks may involve being on site full-time, while others may require minimal presence. The nature of the project means that your availability must align with stakeholder needs and the demands of the role.
You will take the lead in capturing, analysing, and managing user requirements—ensuring that stakeholder needs are not only clearly understood but effectively embedded into the programme’s delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate requirement working groups and facilitate effective stakeholder engagement
- Capture and analyse requirements to ensure clarity, feasibility, and completeness
- Collaborate with design engineers, architects, and subject matter experts to develop comprehensive requirement sets
- As a Requirements Manager, you\’ll play a crucial role in identifying, documenting, and aligning stakeholder expectations
Requirements Management
- Develop and maintain the User Requirements Document (URD) and associated databases
- Track requirement changes and ensure robust version control
- Provide traceability of requirements through the project lifecycle
