Quantity Surveyor Location: Burham Negotiable Salary Permanent, Hybrid A leading design and build provider in the water sector is seeking a talented and driven Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Commercial team in Burham. This Quantity Surveyor role offers the flexibility of hybrid working and the opportunity to play a critical role in the commercial management of high-impact projects. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, the Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing the commercial management of projects, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Quantity Surveyor Perform quantity surveying duties, managing projects and work packages. Collaborate with design, construction, and supply chain teams to capture, analyse, and control costs. Engage with clients to ensure their business requirements are fully met. Administer the main contract, issuing contractual notices and correspondence as required. Prepare and issue subcontract documentation and manage subcontractor performance.
