We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team in Didcot. The role will be responsible for managing and maintaining quality systems across M&E works, with a strong focus on compliance and delivery on National Grid projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage quality assurance and quality control processes on site
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, project specifications, and National Grid requirements
  • Carry out audits, inspections, and reviews of M&E works
  • Manage ITPs, NCRs, and corrective/preventative actions
  • Liaise with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to maintain quality standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Quality Manager within M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) projects
  • Previous experience working on National Grid projects (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
