We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team in Didcot. The role will be responsible for managing and maintaining quality systems across M&E works, with a strong focus on compliance and on National Grid projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage quality assurance and quality control processes on site
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, project specifications, and National Grid requirements
- Carry out audits, inspections, and reviews of M&E works
- Manage ITPs, NCRs, and corrective/preventative actions
- Liaise with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to maintain quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager within M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) projects
- Previous experience working on National Grid projects (essential)
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
