  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Engineering appreciation – understanding how systems are built and operate. Previous engineering background is desirable, but not essential.
  • Familiarity with commissioning, testing, and validation processes would be highly valuable.
  • Decision-making ability – able to work independently and provide direction.
  • Background as an Interface Manager, Project Manager, or similar, with schedulers/planners as support.
  • Experience in defence/nuclear sectors strongly preferred; oil & gas experience could be transferable.

Desirable

  • Verification & Validation experience.
  • Previous experience working in regulated defence/nuclear environments.

Experience, Training & Qualifications

Delivery of infrastructure in nuclear or highly regulated environments. Commissioning management/planning experience.
