We are looking for experienced Site Managers to support the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects across multiple sites. Reporting to the Programme / Senior Project Manager, you will lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure construction activities are delivered safely, on programme and within budget, while meeting all quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations in line with the construction programme.
- Lead on health, safety, quality and environmental compliance.
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, plant and site resources.
- Monitor site budgets and approve expenditure in line with governance.
- Support project handover and ensure works reach Safe to Operate (STO) standards.
- Work closely with project teams on programme, cost, quality and risk reporting.
About You
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects (£20m+), ideally within infrastructure or utilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive safe, high-quality site delivery.
- Experience managing subcontractors and live site environments.
- Commercially aware, with confidence in cost control and reporting.
