Our client is seeking experienced Engineering Managers to lead multi-disciplinary teams delivering innovative solutions across water, wastewater, and sludge treatment projects throughout the UK. This role offers the opportunity to shape sustainable infrastructure while driving excellence in project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary engineering teams within a collaborative, digital-first environment
- Manage project delivery from concept through to commissioning, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and quality objectives
- Coordinate closely with procurement, construction, commissioning teams, and clients
- Embed health & safety considerations throughout all design and delivery stages
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to business growth
- Degree-qualified Engineer with proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong background in design and build project delivery, ideally within the water sector
- Working knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 Professional Services Contracts (PSC) and contract administration
- Familiarity with digital engineering tools and practices
- Demonstrated track record in delivering complex engineering projects
