Looking for a hands-on electrical role with a leading organisation in the water technology sector?
We're recruiting an Electrical Technician to join a busy manufacturing and service facility in Peterborough, supporting the build, testing and commissioning of specialist water treatment equipment.
What you'll be doing
- Fabricating, installing and wiring electrical systems and control panels
- Testing and commissioning equipment including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs and relays
- Fault finding and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems
- Reading technical drawings and completing electrical documentation
What we're looking for
- City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
- Experience in industrial electrical environments
- Experience wiring and fault-finding PLC-controlled equipment
- Β£40,000 - Β£45,000 salary
- 12-month fixed-term contract
