Onshore role is integral to ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective maintenance of plant and equipment, supporting operational excellence through robust Work Management Processes.
The Maintenance Scheduler collaborates closely with the Maintenance Delivery Team to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are prioritized and completed within defined timelines. This role requires expertise in resource allocation, schedule integration, and proactive communication with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Work Management Processes:
- Maintain oversight of corrective maintenance backlog and prioritize tasks for scheduling.
- Provide structured feedback to leadership regarding Work Management Processes and SAP usage for continuous improvement.
- Champion adherence to the Work Management Governance Structure, facilitating critical meetings such as Daily Validation, Weekly Measures, and Schedule Review sessions.
Scheduling and Resource Coordination:
- Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor, Team Lead, and Lead Technician to align on maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Ensure activities are scheduled for timely completion, balancing resource capacities with task demands.
- Develop integrated schedules combining Preventive (PM) and Corrective (CM) maintenance activities.
- Arrange and lead daily/weekly scheduling meetings, ensuring prioritization and alignment with asset objectives.
Collaboration with Key Stakeholders:
- Build close working relationships with Maintenance Supervisors, Team Leads, Lead Technicians, and Planners to improve scheduling accuracy and efficiency.
- Align schedules with operational and shutdown plans, ensuring resource availability and minimizing disruptions.
- Communicate job schedules effectively to all stakeholders and manage updates using SAP and other scheduling tools.
Continuous Improvement and Compliance:
- Drive improvements in maintenance scheduling practices, leveraging tools such as SAP and Prometheus GWOS.
- Actively promote health, safety, and environmental compliance in all activities.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, embodying values and contributing to a positive work environment.
