Onshore Shutdown Production Operations Focal Point

Job Overview
Purpose Statement:
Provide dedicated operations support for shutdown preparation and execution in accordance with established operational procedures.
Key Accountabilities:
As the Onshore Shutdown Production Operations Focal Point, you will:
- Develop and manage the Drain, Flush and Purge Strategy.
- Collaborate with Process EA3 to develop boundary isolation philosophies.
- Coordinate isolations and de-isolations for all shutdown scopes.
- Oversee decommissioning and recommissioning NROs.
- Lead production ramp down in alignment with the Business Plan.
- Drive phased system handovers and back-end PSSR activities for leak tests.
- Liaise closely with the Flange Manager and Production Team Lead throughout the shutdown.
- Develop leak testing strategies, contingency planning, and production team rotas for key shutdown periods.
- Provide regular progress updates, lead operations status updates in weekly shutdown meetings.
- Ensure compliance with technical and operational standards.
- Manage production input for Scope Change processes, process ICCs, isolation plans, and re-instatement strategies.
- Act as PSSR operations focal point during execution, coordinating NRO HAZOPs and contributing to DRB and steering committee meetings.

- Demonstrable cross-discipline leadership and technical expertise.

Education:
- Degree or equivalent industry experience in a relevant field.
Work Experience:
- Significant industry experience in production operations and shutdown execution.
- Proven ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigating controls.
- Experience safely reinstating plant using completion systems and PSSRs.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate with personnel across multiple disciplines.
