Looking to join a leading water infrastructure business delivering vital projects across the UK? We're working with a well-established organisation within the water sector looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of clean water, wastewater and pumping infrastructure projects. This is a home-based role with regular site travel, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of water projects across major utility frameworks.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing site activities from mobilisation through to completion
- Leading subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour teams
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
- Reviewing and implementing RAMS, permits and site documentation
- Managing health, safety and environmental compliance on site
- Coordinating works involving pumps, pipelines, water mains and associated infrastructure
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitoring progress, reporting performance and resolving site issues
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a Site Manager within the water industry
- Experience delivering pump station, pipeline, clean water or wastewater projects
- Strong understanding of health & safety and CDM requirements
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple workstreams on site
- SMSTS and First Aid qualifications
- EUSR Water Hygiene desirable
- Full UK Driving Licence
