We’re hiring on behalf of a global leader in energy infrastructure for a Lead Planner to support major EPC power substation projects across the UK.

They are seeking an experienced individual in the planning and scheduling of complex infrastructure projects. If you are looking to take the lead in shaping energy infrastructure that powers the future—this could be your next move.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6
  • Define milestones, critical paths, and integrate engineering, procurement & construction phases
  • Monitor progress with Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Collaborate with project managers, site teams & clients
  • Mitigate risks, conduct delay analyses, and ensure UK compliance

What you’ll need:

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
  • Strong planning experience on EPC projects
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project
  • Understanding of the EPC lifecycle and UK construction standards
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable:

  • PMP, PSP, EVP certification
  • MRICS/MCIOB membership
  • Experience on large-scale infrastructure or energy projects
  • Knowledge of SCL Delay & Disruption Protocol
