Key Responsibilities: Independently complete topographical and measured building surveys of all sizes and complexities. Process and deliver survey data to a high standard using CAD and other industry software. Lead or contribute to multi-disciplined survey projects, providing guidance to team members. Use your knowledge of traversing and GPS control networks effectively onsite. Conduct site inspections, dynamic risk assessments, and report safety concerns. Share practical knowledge with junior staff to support their development. About You: 2–3+ years’ experience in surveying (land or measured building). Proven ability to work independently on small and large-scale surveys. Skilled in processing raw survey data and producing high-quality CAD outputs. Practical experience with survey instruments and equipment, including laser scanners. Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK. Passionate about building a long-term career in surveying.
