We are looking for a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our expert team, delivering industry-leading process weighing and measurement solutions across the UK.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will work from home and travel daily to customer sites, applying your technical knowledge to calibrate, commission, and repair advanced process systems. This is a dynamic role offering variety, autonomy, and ongoing professional development.

The Opportunity:

  • Calibrate, commission, and troubleshoot process weighing systems using F1 & M1 test weights, stamped flow meters, force calibration test rigs, and multi-function processors
  • Install and commission belt weighers and boiler leak detection systems
  • Perform calibration across multiple disciplines including temperature, pressure, pH, conductivity, and magnet strength
  • Conduct off-site repairs of scales and balances
  • Complete detailed service reports and calibration certificates before leaving site
  • Ensure strict compliance with all HSE standards and procedures
  • Support assembly and system testing when required
  • Provide weekend cover (one in every three Saturdays)
  • Travel and stay overnight across the UK as required

This role is ideal for a proactive Field Service Engineer who enjoys independence, responsibility, and technical variety.

What We’re Looking For:

  • ONC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (HNC preferred)
  • Time-served engineer or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Strong background in service and calibration of process weighing equipment
  • Proven fault-finding ability on weighing systems
  • Experience with electrical diagnostics and calibration tools
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation confidently
  • Valid UK driving licence
