Responsible for the day-to-day management of office facilities across multiple locations, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and a positive workplace experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations, including supplies, maintenance, reception, and vendor services.
  • Act as the main contact for building management, landlords, and service providers.
  • Handle invoices, purchase requests, and budget tracking.
  • Communicate facility updates and resolve workplace issues.
  • Support health, safety, security, and environmental compliance.
  • Assist with IT, HR processes (including onboarding/offboarding), and business continuity.
  • Oversee office cleanliness, functionality, and space utilization reporting.
  • Manage mail, courier services, and document archiving.
  • Support sustainability initiatives and reporting.
  • Coordinate office moves, changes, and small projects.
  • Maintain accurate facilities data and records.

  • Office-based role with regular on-site attendance across two locations.
