12 hour shifts, 4 days on, 4 days off.

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Construction Manager to join their team on a contract basis. The role offers a shift allowance as this is a Night shift.

Job Description/Purpose –

  • Lead a multi-discipline team and coordinate with other functions to safely execute the site construction works.
  • Has excellent awareness of CDM, construction and health and safety legislation.
  • Ability to chair and control stakeholder and supplier meetings at a senior level.
  • Communicates effectively with stakeholders including facility personnel, vendors and sub-contractors.
  • Capable of assignment to lead large scale and/or multiple projects.
  • Shows great awareness of procedural importance and can demonstrate a wider understanding of nuclear safety and the management of design intent.
  • Able to integrate programs and delivery methods across the wider business.

Essential Experience –

  • 10 Years or more construction experience
  • Experience as a Construction Manager
  • OND, HND, Degree or equivalent, working for membership of a recognised construction-related professional body.
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Card
  • SC or DV Clearance is advantageous
