Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Construction Manager to join their team on a contract basis. The role offers a shift allowance as this is a Night shift.
Job Description/Purpose –
- Lead a multi-discipline team and coordinate with other functions to safely execute the site construction works.
- Has excellent awareness of CDM, construction and health and safety legislation.
- Ability to chair and control stakeholder and supplier meetings at a senior level.
- Communicates effectively with stakeholders including facility personnel, vendors and sub-contractors.
- Capable of assignment to lead large scale and/or multiple projects.
- Shows great awareness of procedural importance and can demonstrate a wider understanding of nuclear safety and the management of design intent.
- Able to integrate programs and delivery methods across the wider business.
Essential Experience –
- 10 Years or more construction experience
- Experience as a Construction Manager
- OND, HND, Degree or equivalent, working for membership of a recognised construction-related professional body.
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- SC or DV Clearance is advantageous
