On behalf of a tier 1 water contractor, First Recruitment are seeking a Regional Construction Manager for their Thames Water projects. The role is site based, requiring the person to travel to over a dozen sites and take responsibility for construction activities on AMP8 upgrades.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years in a Construction Manager position, with 5 covering multiple projects simultaneously.
- Water experience is ideal but any highly regulated / complex industries are welcome.
- The following certifications are required or will be obtained before starting: SMSTS, CSCS Level 6 Black card, Temporary Works Co-ordinator, Scaffold Inspection certification.
- Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
