Our Client has a requirement for a Project Control Manager (PCM), who will be required to work on a contract based in the North Sea. We are recruiting both Staff and Contract positions. Role Purpose: Establish and direct systems for monitoring and controlling project status, including cost analysis, scheduling, and contract administration. Implement project controls procedures for planning and scheduling, reporting, cost control, invoicing, risk and opportunities analysis, and contract administration. Organize and maintain integration between scheduling, cost control, and risk management functions to ensure thorough planning and control over time, budget, and scope. Manage the setup of the Document Control System and coordinate the implementation of necessary information and application systems. Supervise the coordination of interfaces with other groups, including Engineering, Installation, and Administration. Maintain the Project Control System during the execution phase; coordinate risk analysis and ensure accurate assessment and updates related to the baseline and control budget.
