We have a vacancy for an experienced TMC Processor Programme Manager to join us on a fixed-term contract to lead the transfer of a card processor from the incumbent to a new provider platform.

The Role

  • Lead and oversee the transition and implementation of card processor to a new provider, ensuring a smooth handover to the relevant team post-implementation.
  • Ensure alignment with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, timelines, and risk management strategies for the project.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and collaboration across multiple departments to deliver a best-in-class solution.
  • Ensure all deliverables are achieved within agreed timeframes, quality standards, and financial objectives.
  • Ensure adequate system, integration and acceptance testing.
  • Prepare and deliver progress reports and presentations to executive stakeholders.
  • Engage cross-functional teams for a successful delivery, maintaining consistent communication between IT, platform provider/integrator and our clients to ensure needs are compatible, prioritised and delivered.

The Candidate

  • Expert knowledge of card products, including regulatory and compliance considerations.
  • Demonstrable experience with card processor platforms, preferably implementation experience.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and delivering complex solutions on time and within budget.
  • Familiarity with relevant financial technologies, platforms, and providers in the prepaid and FX sector.
  • Strong programme management disciplines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields is preferred.
  • Professional certifications in project management (e.g., CIPS, PMP, or PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
