The Divisional Manager is a senior manager role responsible for driving revenue growth, branch performance, and operator engagement across a defined division of the Post Office Travel Money branch network. This role acts as the primary commercial relationship owner between First Rate Exchange Services and Post Office operators within the division. The Divisional Manager champions a partner-first mindset, ensuring that branch operators are supported, engaged, and equipped to deliver the travel money proposition effectively. They act as the voice of the branch network to internal stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities, escalating performance issues, and leading divisional change with clarity and commercial rigour.
We are looking for the right candidates to manage our remaining three regions:
- South
- East
- West
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and optimisation of the P&L for Retail Cash (On Demand Buy, Sell and Pre Order)
- Manage delivery plans to ensure targets and KPIs are met or exceeded
- Represent the company within Post Office teams, establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships
- Contribute to the formulation of the company's retail sales strategy and policy
- Deliver the commercial aims of the business whilst balancing the needs of our customers and partners
- Collaborate with other senior management to ensure overall metrics, marketing and pricing activity are supported and delivered
- Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
- Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
Qualifications
- Business or Data related Degree or equivalent, MBA or relevant postgraduate business qualification would be a bonus
